Representative Jenifer Loon, Chair of the Education Finance Committee, began the joint meeting at 1:02 PM on January 12, 2017, in Room 120 of the State Capitol Building.

Brenda Cassellius, Commissioner Minnesota Department of Education, gave a presentation and update on ESSA, World’s Best Workforce, and ELA standards.
The meeting was adjourned at 2:49 PM.
