Representative Lee moved to approve the minutes of January 31st, 2017, with corrections. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF399 (Anderson, S) Severance pay limits for highly compensated public employees clarified.
Chair O’Driscoll moved HF399 come before the committee.
Representative Anderson testified on HF399.
Chair O’Driscoll moved that HF399 be re-referred to the committee on State Government Finance. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF423 (Theis) Hearing-impaired and hard-of-hearing accommodations required in capital improvement projects.
Representative Theis moved that HF423 come before the committee.
Representative Theis moved the HF423A1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
