MINUTES
Representative Peppin, Chair of the Rules and Legislative Administration Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:24 A.M. on May 2, 2018, in Room 120 of the State Capitol Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Peppin called the meeting to order at 10:24 A.M. A quorum was present.
Representative Nash moved that the minutes of May 1, 2018 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Peppin moved that Joint Rule 2.03 be waived for House File 4459 and that it be placed on the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Peppin moved that Joint Rule 2.03 be waived for House File 3196 and that it be placed on the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Peppin moved that Joint Rule 2.03 be waived for House File 1440 and that it be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Peppin moved that the Resolution to amend the LCC Legislative Plan for Employee Benefits and Policies, as adopted by the House on January 8, 2015, be approved.
Kelly Knight, Director, Minnesota House of Representatives Human Resources Department, testified on the resolution.
Representative Peppin renewed her motion that the Resolution to amend the LCC Legislative Plan for Employee Benefits and Policies be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:35 A.M.
