Representative Davids, Chair of the Taxes Committee, started the meeting at 10:15 AM, on Wednesday, April 11th, 2018, in Room 200 of the State Office Building. A quorum was not present.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Davids officially called the meeting to order at 10:19 AM. A quorum was present.
Representative Schultz moved the minutes of Tuesday, April 10th, 2018 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Davids moved HF1091 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus tax bill.
Representative Davids moved the HF1091DE1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
