MINUTES

Representative Rena Moran, Chair of the Health and Human Services Policy Committee, called the virtual Committee meeting to order at 2:30 PM on Wednesday, April 22, 2020 pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was broadcast live via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

Representative Morrison moved that the minutes from Wednesday, March 11, 2020 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

House Research staff provided a walk-through of the A20-0745 delete-all amendment to HF3104.

Representative Schultz presented the language of HF3866 as found in in Article 2 of the A20-0745 amendment.

Representative Moller presented the language of HF3336 as found in in Article 2 of the A20-0745 amendment.

HF3104 (Moran) - Human services policy bill

NOTE: This hearing will be for presenting the content of the committee’s human services policy bill in the form of a delete-all amendment. Provisions not previously heard by the committee will be presented by their chief authors with testifiers. No formal action will be taken on the bill, including amendments, until a separate hearing at a later date. Documents related to the hearing will be added to this posting as they become available.
