Representative Winkler, Chair of the Rules and Legislative Administration Committee, called the meeting to order at 9:30 A.M. on Tuesday, March 19th, 2019, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Winkler called the meeting at 9:30 A.M. A quorum was present.
Representative Her moved that the minutes of March 14, 2019 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Becker-Finn moved that the Calendar of the Day for March 21, 2019 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative O’Neill moved to amend Rule 2.05. Roll Call was taken, THE MOTION DID NOT PREVAIL.
Representative Baker moved to amend Rule 3.33. THE MOTION DID NOT PREVAIL.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:49am.
