MINUTES

Representative Winkler, Chair of the Rules and Legislative Administration Committee, called the remote meeting to order at 12:25 P.M on Tuesday, April 28 2020, pursuant to House rule 10.01.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Winkler called the meeting at 12:25 P.M. A quorum was present.


Representative Her moved that the minutes of Tuesday, April 14, 2020 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.


Representative Her moved that Pursuant to Joint Rule 2.03 and Senate Concurrent Resolution 6, committee deadlines for future action on HF3499 be waived and re-refered to Ways and Means. THE MOTION PREVAILED.


Representative Her moved that Pursuant to Joint Rule 2.03 and Senate Concurrent Resolution 6, committee deadlines for future action on HF4541 be waived and re-refered to Ways and Means. THE MOTION PREVAILED.


Representative Her moved that Pursuant to Joint Rule 2.03 and Senate Concurrent Resolution 6, committee deadlines for future action on HF1246 be waived and re-refered to Ways and Means. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
