Representative Winkler, Chair of the Rules and Legislative Administration Committee, called the remote meeting to order at 10:22 AM on Thursday, May 14, 2020, pursuant to House rule 10.01.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Winkler called the meeting at 10:22 am. A quorum was present.

Representative Garofalo moved that the minutes of Wednesday, May 13, 2020 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Her moved to approve the calendar for Saturday, May 16, 2020. THE MOTION PREVAILED.


Representative Her moved that Pursuant to Joint Rule 2.03 and Senate Concurrent Resolution 6, committee deadlines for future action on the following bill be waived and re-referred to the General Register:

HF3903 Murphy

THE MOTION PREVAILED.
