Representative Paul Marquart, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:00 A.M. on, Wednesday, March 6, 2019, in Room 5 of the State Office Building. A quorum was not present.

Representative Carlson moved that the minutes of March 5, 2019 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF 1795 (Brand) Working family tax credit calculation modified
Representative Brand moved HF 1795 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.
Representative Brand moved the H1795A1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Gomez moved HF 1620 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.
Representative Gomez moved the H1620A1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
