MINUTES

Representative Paul Marquart, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:00 A.M. on, Wednesday, April 3, 2019, in Room 5 of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Carlson moved that the minutes of April 2, 2019 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 2749 (Huot) Past military service tax credit phaseout threshold increased

Representative Lislegard Moved HF 2749 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

Representative Huot presented HF 2749.

Representative Lislegard renewed his motion that HF 2749 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

HF 2759 (Lesch) Wine direct shippers regulated; sales and use taxes, liquor gross receipts taxes, and excise taxes on direct shipments of wine imposed

Representative Lesch moved HF 2759 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

Representative Gomez moved HF 2557 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.
