MINUTES

Representative Hansen, Chair of the Environment and Natural Resources Finance Division, called the meeting to order at 6:46 P.M. on March 27th, 2019, in Hearing Room 300S of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Hansen called the meeting to order at 6:46 P.M. A quorum was present.

Representative Fabian moved to adopt the minutes of March 26th, 2019. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF2034 (Poppe) County feedlot program funding provided, and money appropriated.

Chair Hansen moved that HF2034 be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.

HF1699 (Sandstede) Hill-Annex Mine State Park management requirements established, and money appropriated.

Chair Hansen moved that HF1699 be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.

Vice Chair Claflin moved the adoption of the Water Division Report on HF663. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Hansen moved that HF663 be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.

Representative Becker-Finn moved to adopt the DE2 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Fischer moved to adopt the Water Division Report on HF797. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Hansen moved that HF797, First Division Engrossment, be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.

Representative Fischer moved to adopt the Water Division Report on HF1569. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Hansen moved that HF1569, First Division Engrossment, be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.

Representative Fischer moved to adopt the A19-0274 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Hansen renewed the motion that HF1569, First Division Engrossment, as amended, be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill. The bill was laid over.

HF484 (Dettmer) Metropolitan agricultural preserves expiration modified.

Representative Fabian moved that HF484 be recommended to be returned to the Committee on Ways and Means.

Representative Fischer moved to adopt the Water Division Report on HF1609. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Hansen moved that HF1609 be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.

Representative Fischer moved to adopt the A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Fischer moved to adopt the Water Division Report on HF1141. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Sandell moved that HF1141 be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.

Chair Hansen moved that HF2574 be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.

Representative Green moved to adopt the A19-0283 amendment. THE MOTION DID NOT PREVAIL AND THE AMENDMENT WAS NOT ADOPTED.
