MINUTES

Representative Hansen, Chair of the Environment and Natural Resources Finance Division, called the meeting to order at 12:44 P.M. on February 13th, 2020, in Hearing Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Hansen called the meeting to order at 12:44 P.M. A quorum was present.

Vice Chair Claflin moved to approve the minutes of May 23rd, 2019. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Vice Chair Claflin moved to approve the minutes of October 3rd, 2019. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Vice Chair Claflin moved to approve the minutes of October 29th, 2019. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF3128 (Becker-Finn) Outdoor heritage fund funding provided, previous appropriations modified, and money appropriated.

Representative Becker-Finn moved that HF3128 be recommended to be re-referred to the Legacy Finance Division.

Becker-Finn moved to adopt the A3 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Vice Chair Claflin assumed the gavel at 1:48 P.M.

Chair Hansen moved to adopt the A4 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Hansen moved to adopt the A5 amendment.

Representative Fabian moved to divide the A5 amendment into two parts after Line 1.4.

Chair Hansen moved to adopt part 1 of the A5 amendment. THE MOTION DID NOT PREVAIL AND THE AMENDMENT WAS NOT ADOPTED.

Chair Hansen moved to adopt part 2 of the A5 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Hansen assumed the gavel at 1:58 P.M.

Representative Fabian moved to adopt the A6 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Becker-Finn renewed the motion that HF3128 as amended be recommended to be re-referred to the Legacy Finance Division and requested a roll-call. The results were as follows:
