MINUTES
Representative Bernardy, Chair of the Higher Education Finance & Policy Division, called the meeting to order at 2:34 P.M. on February 13, 2019, in Room 10 of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Wolgamott moved that the minutes of February 12, 2019 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The University of Minnesota presented their Higher Education Asset Preservation and Replacement (HEAPR) request.

Minnesota Association of Private College students testified on the necessity of an increase in state grant funding and their activities to address food insecurity.
