MINUTES
Representative Bernardy, Chair of the Higher Education Finance & Policy Division, called the meeting to order at 2:30 P.M. on March 4, 2020, in Room 10 of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Klevorn moved the minutes from March 3, 2020 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
H.F. 3908 (Tabke) Student athletes allowed compensation for use of athletes’ name, image, or likeness; and working group established.
Chair Bernardy moved that H.F. 3908 be referred to Judiciary Finance & Civil Law.
Chair Bernardy moved the DE2 amendment to be put in H.F 3908 in the form that the author wants. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Quam submitted an A1 amendment.
Representative Quam removed the A1 amendment from consideration.
