MINUTES

Representative Alice Hausman, Chair of the Housing Finance and Policy Division, called the seventh meeting to order at 8:00 A.M. on Wednesday, March 6th, in room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Theis moves to approve the minutes from the February 27th meeting. THE MOTION PREVAILS AND THE MINUTES ARE ADOPTED.

HF 495 (Noor) – Residential lease requirements amended

Chair Hausman moves to re-refer HF 495 to the Judiciary Finance and Civil Law Committee.
