Representative John Lesch, Chair of the Judiciary Finance and Civil Law Division, called the virtual committee meeting to order at 9:47 A.M. on Thursday, April 16, 2020 pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was broadcast via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

Representative Moller moved to approve the minutes from April 8, 2020. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 3706 (Vang): A bill for an act relating to agriculture; modifying industrial hemp provisions; providing definitions; classifying industrial hemp data;

Chair Lesch moved that HF 3706 be recommended to be re-referred to the Government Operations Committee.

Representative Vang presented HF 3706 to the committee.
