COMMITTEE MINUTES

Representative John Lesch, Chair of the Judiciary Finance and Civil Law Division, called the virtual committee meeting to order at 4:31 P.M. on Tuesday, June 16, 2020 pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was broadcast via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Moller moved to approve the minutes from June 15, 2020. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 80 (Gomez): Eminent domain limited use by local government authorized, and development moratorium in areas authorized.

Chair Lesch moved that HF 80 be recommended to be re-referred to the Ways & Means committee.

Representative Gomez presented HF 80 to the committee.

Representative Moller moved to adopt the A1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Noor moved to adopt the A1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
