Representative Hornstein, Chair of the Transportation Finance & Policy Division, called the Tenth meeting to order at 12:45 P.M. on February 14th, 2019 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Hornstein called the meeting to order at 12:45pm. A quorum was not yet present.

The committee reached a quorum.
Representative Petersburg moved to amend the minutes of February 12th to read “Representative Hornstein laid over HF635 for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill” rather than “Representative Hornstein moved that HF635 be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.” THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Hornstein moved to approve the minutes of February 12th as amended. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
