MINUTES

Representative Frank Hornstein, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:45pm on February 18, 2020, in Room 10 of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Petersburg moved that the minutes of February 13 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 2986 (Sundin) State rail safety inspection program requirements established.

Chair Hornstein moved that HF 2986 be referred to the Labor Committee

Representative Sundin gave an overview of HF 2986.

Chair Hornstein moved that HF 2987 be referred to the Labor Committee.
