MINUTES
Representative Zack Stephenson, Chair of the Commerce Finance and Policy Committee, called the virtual meeting to order at 3:01 PM on March 3, 2021 pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was broadcast via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

Representative Kotyza-Witthuhn moved to approve the minutes from the committee meeting on March 2, 2021. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF1002 (Schultz); Individual health plan offered by health carriers guaranteed issuance to residents required.

Representative Stephenson moved HF1002 be recommended to be referred to the Health Finance and Policy Committee.

Representative Stephenson moved the H1002DE1 (Schultz) amendment.

Representative Stephenson rescinded both motions due to the absence of the bill author.

The committee recessed at 3:04 PM.

The committee reconvened at 3:07 PM.
