EARLY CHILDHOOD FINANCE AND POLICY COMMITTEE
MINUTES

Representative Dave Pinto, Chair of the Committee on Early Childhood Finance and Policy, called the remote meeting to order at 8:30 AM on March 18, 2021 pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was broadcast via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll call.

A quorum was present.

Vice Chair Pryor moved that the minutes from March 16, 2021 meeting be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Vice Chair assumed gavel at 9:32.

Chair Pinto moved that HF 2230 be brought before the committee.

Chair Pinto offered A21-0108 amendment be added to HF 2230. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Pinto presented HF 2230, as amended.

Vice Chair Pryor laid over HF 2230, as amended, for possible inclusion in an Early Childhood Omnibus bill.

Representative Davnie moved that HF 2203 be brought before the committee.

Rep. Davnie presented HF 2203.

Vice Chair Pryor assumed the gavel at 9:45.

Chair Pinto moved that HF 2231 be recommended for placement on the General Register.

Chair Pinto presented HF 2231.

Chair Pinto renewed his motion that HF 2231 be recommended for placement on the General Register.
