HEALTH FINANCE AND POLICY COMMITTEE

MINUTES

Representative Tina Liebling, Chair of the Committee, called the virtual Health Finance and Policy Committee meeting to order at 1:00 P.M. on March 15, 2021 pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting is being broadcast via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

HF2108 (Long) Closed loop heat exchanger definition added, and close loop head exchanger specified as environment well for chapter 103I purposes.

Chair Liebling moves that HF2108 be heard and laid over for possible inclusion in the Health Finance and Policy Committee bill.

Chair Liebling moved the H2108DE1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Liebling moved that HF2136 be heard and laid over for possible inclusion in the Health Finance and Policy Committee bill.

Chair Liebling moved the H2136DE1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Richardson presented her bill.

Chair Liebling laid over HF2136, as amended, for possible inclusion in the Committee bill.

HF2129 (Liebling) Department of Human Service fiscal year 2021 forecasted program appropriations adjusted.

Chair Liebling moved that HF2129 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.

Chair Liebling presented her bill.

Chair Liebling renewed her motion that HF2129 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.

HF785 (Freiberg) First Engrossment Health plan coverage provided for acupuncture services.

Representative Freiberg moved that HF785, the First Engrossment, be heard and laid over for possible inclusion in the Health Finance and Policy Committee bill.

Representative Freiberg moved the H0785A2 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Freiberg presented his bill.
