MINUTES

Representative Alice Hausman, Chair of the Housing Finance and Policy Committee, called the virtual meeting to order at 10:30 A.M. on Tuesday, March 9th, 2021 pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was broadcast via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Rep. Howard moved approval of the Minutes from Thursday, March 4th. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES WERE ADOPTED.

Rep. Howard assumed the gavel as chair

HF 1634 (Hausman) Housing Infrastructure Bonds and General Obligation Bonds for Housing

Rep. Hausman moved that House File 1634 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the committee on Capital Investment.

Rep. Hausman moved the A-1 Authors amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Rep. Hausman moved the A-1 Authors amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
