MINUTES

Representative Liebling, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:30 A.M. on February 14, 2023 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Carroll moved that the minutes of February 9, 2023 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF1159 (Fischer) Formulary Committee membership modified, procedure modified for making changes to preferred drug list, and related changes made.

Representative Fischer moved that HF1159 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Health Finance and Policy Committee bill.

Representative Fischer presented his bill.

Chad Hope, Deputy Director, Division of Purchasing and Service Delivery, Minnesota Department of Human Services and Joe Harney, House Fiscal Analyst, responded to member questions.

Chair Liebling laid over HF1159 for possible inclusion in the Committee bill.

HF1032 (Bierman) Board of Pharmacy required to provide central repository under contract to administer medication repository program with any legislative funding provided for the purpose, donation of over-the-counter medications conforming changes made, and money appropriated.

Vice Chair Bierman moved that HF1032 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Health Finance and Policy Committee bill.

Vice Chair Bierman presented his bill.

Chair Liebling laid over HF1032 for possible inclusion in the Committee bill.

Vice Chair Bierman presented his bill.

Jill Phillips, Executive Director, Minnesota Board of Pharmacy, responded to member questions.
