Representative Michael Howard, Chair of the Housing Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 3:00 PM on February 1, 2023, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

Representative Agbaje moved that the minutes of January 31st, 2023, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
