HUMAN SERVICES POLICY MINUTES

Representative Peter Fischer, Chair of the Committee on Human Services Policy, called the meeting to order at 1:00 PM on January 18, 2023, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Noor moved that the minutes from January 11, 2023 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF16 (Hollins) Children or vulnerable adult conversion therapy prohibited, conversion therapy medical assistance coverage and misrepresentation of services or products prohibited.

Chair Fischer moved that HF 16 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Health Finance and Policy.

Chair Fischer moved the H0016A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
