EDUCATION FINANCE COMMITTEE MINUTES

Representative Cheryl Youakim, Chair of the Education Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:32 AM on January 18, 2023, in Room 120 of the Capitol Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistance noted the roll.

Representative Mary Frances Clardy moved, with a technical correction, that the January 17, 2023, minutes be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

House File 44 (Feist) School districts required to provide access to menstrual products for students, operating capital aid increased to fund school district purchases of menstrual products, and money appropriated.

Chair Youakim moved that HF 44 (Feist) be presented before the committee.
