MINUTES

Representative Michael Nelson, Chair of the Labor and Industry Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:00 PM on March 2, 2023 in Room 10 of the State Office Building. It was broadcast via House Public Information Services.

Representative Mekeland moved to approve the minutes from February 28, 2023. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Vice Chair Berg assumed the gavel.

HF 1522 (Nelson); Occupational Safety and Health Act citation data classified.

Chair Nelson moved that HF 1522 be re-referred to the Ways and Means Committee.
