Rules and Legislative Administration Committee Minutes

Representative Athena Hollins, Vice Chair of the Committee on Rules and Legislative Administration, called the meeting to order at 10:10 am on February March 7, 2023 in the State Office Building Basement Hearing Room.

A quorum was present.

Representative Wolgamott moved the minutes from March 6, 2023. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Vice Chair Hollins moved to refer HF2598 to the Committee on Commerce Finance and Policy. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Vice Chair Hollins moved to refer HF2565 to the Committee on Children and Families Finance and Policy. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Vice Chair Hollins moved to refer HF264 to the Committee on Environment Finance and Policy. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Vice Chair Hollins moved the adoption of the Calendar for the Day pursuant to rule 1.21 & 3.33, The Committee on Rules and Legislative Administration designates Thursday March 9, 2023 for the adoption of the Calendar for the Day and has established a pre-filing requirement for amendments offered to those bills. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

The meeting was adjourned at 10:17 am.
