Representative Jamie Long, Chair of the Committee on Rules and Legislative Administration, called the meeting to order at 8:30am on February March 6, 2023 in the State Office Building Basement Hearing Room.

Vice Chair Hollins moved the minutes from March 2, 2023. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Long moved to refer HF2497 to the Committee on Education Finance. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Long moved to approve 2023-R13C Resolution on Drug Use. Kelly Knight, Director of Human Resources of the Minnesota House of Representatives Human Services Department, testified on the Resolution. THE MOTION PREVAILED.


Chair Long moved to approve 2023-R14 Resolution on Expense Allowances. Barb Juleich, Controller and Chief Financial Officer of Budget and Accounting of the Minnesota House of Representatives Budget and Accounting Department, testified on the Resolution. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Long moved to approve 2023-P7F Policy on Temporary Compensatory Time and Non-Exempt Overtime Policy. Kelly Knight, Director of Human Resources of the Minnesota House of Representatives Human Services Department, testified on the Resolution. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Long moved to approve 2023-P37 Policy on Compensatory Time, Non-Exempt Overtime Policy, and Timecard Policy. Kelly Knight, Director of Human Resources of the Minnesota House of Representatives Human Services Department, testified on the Resolution. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
