Representative Ginny Klevorn, Chair of the State and Local Government Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:30 A.M. on Thursday, March 23, 2023, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Newton moved to approve the minutes from March 21, 2023. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF1826 (Klevorn); State government; interagency transfer reports repealed.

Chair Klevorn moved that HF1826 be re-referred to the General Register.

Chair Klevorn moved the H1826DE1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Klevorn presented HF1826 as amended.

Chair Klevorn moved the H1826A1 amendment.

Representative Nash requested a roll call on H1826A1.
