A summary of the 2004 Legislative Session, in three parts:
1. Highlights part 1, (pages 1-51) a quick overview of
selected bills in an easy-to-read style.
2. Selected New, Adjusted Fees Adopted in 2004, Vetoed Bills and Dead Bills,
(pages 52-84) a continuation of selected bills in an easy-to-read style;
and all the bills the governor vetoed, including reasons, and selected bills
that were considered, but not passed.
3. Summary and Index, (pages 85-130) technical summaries, including listings of the sections
of Minnesota Statutes that the bills affect; and the Index with bills
listed by chapter number, House file number, Senate file number, bill title,
effective date, and subject.
