You're Invited: HOA Town Hall and Q&ADear Neighbors, I hope you had a safe and enjoyable Fourth. I’m writing today to invite you to join me and a group of bipartisan legislators next Monday, July 13 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. for a town hall and Q&A session on the new HOA Reform Law. Authors of the new law, Rep. Shane Mekeland (R - Clear Lake) and Senators Lucero (R - Saint Michael) and Susan Pha (DFL - Brooklyn Park) will be available to answer questions about your rights as an HOA resident and what the new law means for you.
