St. Paul, MN – On Wednesday, December 11, state legislators will visit Duluth to hold a field hearing on high-speed passenger rail from the Twin Cities to Duluth. The public hearing will be conducted by the Transportation Finance & Policy Committee of the Minnesota House of Representatives.
