SAINT PAUL, MN – Tomorrow, the Minnesota House Capital Investment Committee bonding tour will be visiting South Saint Paul. When not in session, the committee takes several tours of the state visiting areas and projects that are in need of funding. In South Saint Paul, they’ll be visiting Seidel Lake Park and the South Saint Paul Library. Then the bus will return to the Capitol along Concord Street, which is also a proposed bonding recipient.
