Dear Neighbor,
With Memorial Day approaching, just a quick note encouraging you to remember and honor those who have died while serving in the United States Armed Forces. There is no way to repay the debt we owe those men and women who have made the ultimate sacrifice to defend us, but keeping their legacy alive is very important. It’s also a good time to share the meaning of Memorial Day with younger generations.
Have a safe weekend and look for more from the Capitol soon. It remains to be decided when a special session may take place to finish putting a new state budget in place.
