Rep. Franson Invites Residents to MnDOT Q&A on Highway 71/Main Street Reconstruction Project
Saint Paul, MN – Rep. Mary Franson is encouraging area residents to attend a public question-and-answer session with the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) and the City of Sauk Centre regarding the proposed Highway 71/Main Street reconstruction project.
After hearing from numerous constituents with questions and concerns about the project, Franson worked with MnDOT to help arrange dedicated time for community members to speak directly with project officials.
"The Highway 71 reconstruction project will have a lasting impact on Sauk Centre, and it's important that the people who live, work, and own businesses here have the opportunity to ask questions and receive answers directly from MnDOT," Franson said. "I've heard from many constituents who have been frustrated about this proposal, and I'm pleased we've been able to coordinate this opportunity for an open conversation."
The meeting will include an open Q&A session where residents can ask questions, provide feedback, and learn more about the proposed project.
