RELEASE: Rep. Kiel Urges Local Residents in Vote-by-Mail Only Precincts to Return Ballots

Crookston, MN—State Representative Deb Kiel, R-Crookston, is urging local residents that live in vote-by-mail only precincts to make sure they complete and return their ballot or vote in person at their local county election office.

“No matter your party, it is important that people living in mail-only voting precincts are aware that they must either mail in their ballots or vote in person at the local county election office,” Kiel said. “Voting is incredibly important, and I encourage all eligible Minnesotans to exercise their right to vote.”

New precincts in our area that will now vote-by-mail include: Cloverleaf Township, Deer Park Township, Goodridge, Goodridge Township, Kratka Township, Reiner Township, St. Hilaire, Brandsvold Township, Bygland Township, Esther Township, Garden Township, Garfield Township, Hill River Township, Huntsville Township, Winger Township, and Terrebonne Township. Precincts that have voted by mail in past years should continue to do so.

Residents that live in vote-by-mail only precincts have the option of voting in person at their county election office through Election Day, November 3rd.
