QUAM SWORN IN, NAMED TO HOUSE COMMITTEES
ST. PAUL – Representative Duane Quam, R-Byron, was sworn in Tuesday for his seventh term as the State Representative for House District 24A. Quam, an engineer, was first elected in 2010 and lives in Byron with his wife Pat.
“It is truly an honor, and I’m humbled to represent the people, families, and communities of District 24A in the House. I will continue to be your voice at the Capitol,” said Quam. “I look forward to working for our neighbors and communities, advocating for our priorities during this legislative session."
Quam was also named to three House committees: Property Tax Division, Health Finance and Policy, and Human Services Finance. He was named the Republican Lead member for the Property Tax Division.
