ST. PAUL – A bipartisan package of bills related to mental health for farm families will be up for discussion in a House Agriculture Finance Committee meeting 10:15 a.m. Tuesday at the State Office Building in St. Paul.
One of those bills is House File 3255, authored by Ghent Republican Chris Swedzinski to increase mental health counseling for farmers.

Browns Valley Republican Jeff Backer and Jean Poppe, a Democrat from Austin, also will present bills related to farmers' mental health during Tuesday's hearing.
