ST. PAUL – State Rep. Chris Swedzinski said it was good to get back to the Capitol this week with the start of the 2023 legislative session. The Ghent Republican indicated a full return to in-person business was a welcome change in St. Paul after legislators conducting much of their work remotely amid the recent pandemic.
