SAINT PAUL, MINN- The National Federation of Independent Business Minnesota (NFIB), which has 11,000 members statewide, announced this week that Representative Marion O’Neill (R-Maple Lake) was awarded the NFIB Guardian of Small Business Award.
NFIB gives out the award at both the federal and state level to recognize legislators who have been supportive of issues critical to small businesses in Minnesota during the 2015-2016 legislative sessions.
“It’s an honor to be recognized as a Guardian of Small Business by NFIB. Wright County small businesses are vital to the health of our local and state economy, and I will continue to support policies that help our small business community hire, expand and flourish,” said Rep. O’Neill. "If you own a business and would like me to come for a tour to learn more about what you do, please contact me at Rep.Marion.Oneill@house.mn."
