NASH TO BE HONORED WITH VISIONARY LEADERSHIP AWARD AT
ANNUAL CYBER SUMMIT
ST. PAUL — On Thursday, it was announced that State Representative Jim Nash, R-Waconia, will be honored with a Morries Visionary Leadership Award at the 11th Annual Cyber Security Summit. Rep. Nash will receive his Visionary Governance Champion award on October 27.
"During my time in the Minnesota House, I have been a constant and persistent advocate for cyber security issues," said Rep. Nash. "Early on, it was a chore to get anyone to listen to concerns but now it is a deeply important topic that is talked about in virtually all committees! I’m pleased to have been a part of ushering that in. I will continue to be a voice highlighting the importance of being on the cutting edge of security issues."
The awards recognize leaders from across the cyber security ecosystem, and all levels of leadership, who demonstrate visionary insight in developing and fostering strategies to protect critical systems and data.
