SAINT PAUL, Minn. – Tomorrow, on January 19, 2023, at 8:30 a.m., the Minnesota House of Representatives Children and Families Finance and Policy Committee will hear legislation (HF 13 and HF 150), chief authored by Chair Dave Pinto (DFL- St. Paul) and (HF 456) chief authored by and Rep. María Isa Pérez-Vega (DFL-St. Paul) to help Minnesota kids get off to a great start.
HF 13 increases the rates for all CCAP-eligible children to the 75th percentile, and HF 150 delivers emergency funding for early care and learning through June of this year. HF 456 expands voluntary prekindergarten and school readiness programs. Live video is available on the House YouTube Page.
