Wolgamott Weekly Update - Save the date for our June Town Hall

Dear Granite City Neighbors, 

Budget negotiations continue in St. Paul. After a year of unprecedented challenges, we now have the resources to help the Minnesotans who have sacrificed and suffered the most while investing in a Minnesota that works better for everyone, and that’s what I’m continuing to fight for. 

I’m confident we’ll be able to come together to produce a budget that will build back better for St. Cloud, Central Minnesota, and the entire state. There’s a lot we’re working on, and a lot that’s already been accomplished this year that I’m excited to share with you - in person!

On Monday, June 28, at 6pm, I’ll be joined by Majority Leader Ryan Winkler for a Town Hall on the 2021 Legislative Session at Pantown Brewing.

Thanks to the incredibly hard work of the members of our community, we’re finally at the point where we can safely hold events like this in person. I’m incredibly excited to see you all again, talk about our accomplishments, and discuss what else we can do to make sure we’re doing the best we can in St. Paul for the people in St. Cloud.

Free State Park Admission

This weekend, all of Minnesota’s state parks and recreation areas will offer free admission on Saturday, June 12. There are several within an hour’s drive of St. Cloud, and a map of all of the state parks is available here. If you’re interested in learning more about one of them, just click on the name for more information.
