St. Paul, Minn. - State Rep. Kelly Morrison (DFL-Deephaven) will host a community listening session with constituents to engage in a public discussion about affordable insulin access. Representative Tina Liebling (DFL-Rochester), Chair of the House Health and Human Services Finance Division, will join the dialogue. The listening session is scheduled for:
