SAINT PAUL, MN – The 2023 Minnesota legislative session convened today at noon in Saint Paul. Rep. Kim Hicks (DFL – Rochester) took the oath of office for her first term in the Minnesota House.
“I’m grateful to the residents of District 25A for trusting me to represent them at the Capitol,” said Rep. Hicks. “We have a unique opportunity to solve challenges and build a state to work better for everyone. I look forward to listening to my constituents and delivering on our priorities for the future.”
This session, Rep. Hicks will serve on Human Services Policy, Human Services Finance, Higher Education Finance & Policy, and Children and Families Finance & Policy.
