Happy New Year! I am humbled to represent you at the Capitol, and this year we have a unique opportunity to solve difficult challenges and build a state to work better for everyone. I look forward to listening and delivering on our priorities now and for the future.
My committee assignments this session include the Human Services Policy, Human Services Finance, Higher Education Finance & Policy, and Children and Families Finance & Policy committees. You can click on the links to follow along for all the news on committee action.
You are invited to join Rep. Tina Liebling, Rep. Andy Hicks, Sen. Liz Boldon and me for our first joint town hall meeting on Saturday, January 21 from 10-11:30 am. We look forward to your input about the 2023 session!
Moving Minnesota Forward
We are already moving at a rapid pace and last week, House and Senate DFLers announced our session priorities. We are united in our efforts to deliver on issues important to Minnesotans.
Stay connected with the legislature
It is easy to stay connected to news from the State Capitol. The Minnesota House of Representatives Public Information Services offers nonpartisan recaps of high-profile bills, committee hearings, and floor sessions with their Session Daily publication. Subscribe to receive these here. To track bills of interest through the legislative process, I encourage you to utilize the MyBills feature on the Minnesota House of Representatives’ website.
Please continue to reach out with any input, ideas, or feedback about the issues important to you. I value hearing from you, so call or email any time. You can find my information on my House website. You can also like my Facebook page.
It is an honor to represent you at the State Capitol.
