RELEASE: Representative Larry Kraft sworn-in to first term in Minn. House

SAINT PAUL, Minn. – The 2023 Minnesota legislative session convened on Tuesday at noon in Saint Paul. Rep. Larry Kraft (DFL – St. Louis Park) took the oath of office to begin his first term in the Minnesota House.

“I am honored to represent the values of St. Louis Park in the Legislature,” Rep. Kraft said. “This session, we are moving with urgency to improve the lives of all Minnesotans. Next week, we will hear my first bill to allow all 16 and 17 year olds to register early to vote, and I look forward to introducing multiple solutions focused on tackling the climate crisis.”

This session, Rep. Kraft has been appointed vice chair of the Climate and Energy Finance and Policy Committee, while also serving on the Commerce Finance and Policy, Sustainable Infrastructure Policy, and Transportation Finance and Policy committees.
