Health Finance and Policy

Agenda:
HF402 (Bierman): Health care entity transaction requirements established, expiration date changed on moratorium conversion transactions, health system required to return charitable assets received from the state to the general fund, study required on regulation of transactions, report required, and money appropriated.

The committee is still in possession of this bill and will reconsider its passage to the Ways & Means Committee.

The DE3-6 amendment was previously adopted on April 4. The intention for this meeting is to adopt the DE5.

PUBLIC TESTIMONY: Testimony will be limited to the changes the DE5 Amendment will make to the bill.
